Frequently Asked Questions
Our mission is simple: to free our customers from the worry and headache of dealing with expensive emergency home repairs.
General
Home warranties are service contracts that cover the repair or replacement of parts and components for a home’s systems and appliances that fail due to normal wear and tear. Learn everything you need to know about home warranties.
Owning a home isn’t easy. Pipes burst, systems break, and the temperature never seems to be just right. With so many moving parts, repairs become inescapable. Although a custom repair plan won’t prevent things from going wrong, it’s the best tool you can have to protect yourself from the inconvenience of expensive emergency repair bills.
Although a homeowner’s insurance and a home warranty seem similar at first glance, they’re actually very different in terms of what they cover and their type of protection. But when combined, they provide unprecedented peace of mind and protection from financial harm from unexpected home emergencies.
Homeowner’s Insurance typically covers accidental damage that occurs to a property from theft, vandalism, floods, fires, lightning, falling objects, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, or liability claims.
Home Warranties cover the cost to repair or replace the systems, components and appliances of a home, including plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and gas lines.
